Please enter here the Mobile Country Code. The MCC defines the country where the netowrk is located
MNC:
Please enter here the Mobile Network Code. The MNC defines the network inside the country defined by MCC

If you leave the MCC parameter empty and just define the MNC parameter, then you will get all networks world wide with the selected network number.
