Help improve the dataset by submitting cell observations.

Choose an upload method
- Add a measurement for one observation.
- Upload CSV for a batch of observations.
- Upload JSON for a batch in JSON format.
- Upload CLF for observations in CLF3 format.
Use your own API key so submissions can be attributed to your account.
Prepare your data
Read the measurement fields and validation rules. Network technologies use different identifiers, ranges and optional fields.
For file uploads, follow the endpoint's exact field names and request example. Downloaded cell-tower CSV files and measurement-upload CSV files serve different purposes; do not assume they share a schema.
Processing time
Single measurements and file uploads are queued and processed in the background:
- Parse and filter the submitted measurements.
- Store accepted measurements and update measurement statistics.
- Update existing cell positions or add newly observed cells.
Processing time depends on server traffic and queue backlogs. An accepted submission does not guarantee an immediately updated lookup result.
